I do not accept aging, disability or death on anyone else’s terms but my own. I am skeptical on western medicine, for good reasons, and am relentless in my pursuit of physical health but not at the expense of my mental, emotional or spiritual health. Eventually this page will share information and knowledge about my health journey with a focus on optimal metabolic health, diet, exercise, bio-hack methods, rest, recovery, monitoring, improving and creating a routine focused on longevity and vitality.
I am driven to seek out and implement strong habits and behaviors that I believe are the necessary first step to optimizing your life. My desire is for every individual to chase their optimal physical health and over time I will share aspects of my journey to do so.
